Q: Is this for beginners or advanced?
A: We give you the session inside the online program so you can make it up on your own.
Q: What if I miss a class?
No. She’s Snatched isn’t starvation or macro chaos. We fix alignment and movement so your body stops leaking energy. You eat normally, cleaner, and smarter—not less.
Q: Do I have to be on a crazy diet?
Visible changes in 2–3 weeks. By week 6: tighter waist, lifted glutes, better posture, less bloating, clothes fitting different. Structure changes first—fat follows.
