HOW BOSX ACTUALLY STARTS
(READ THIS FIRST)
Everyone starts the same way.
Step 1: Start with the Trial Pack
The Trial Pack is the public entry point to BOSX.
It is not a workout package—it is an evaluation period.
This is where we:
-
establish your baseline
-
identify energy leaks
-
determine your correct performance lane
-
decide what level of BOSX you qualify for
There are no exceptions.
Step 2: Create Your Account & Profile
Once you purchase the Trial Pack:
-
you create your BOSX member profile
-
you gain access to the member portal
-
your information syncs with scheduling, notes, and tracking
This is how the system works.
No DMs. No side conversations. No shortcuts.
Step 3: Book Through the Calendar
All sessions—online or in-person—are booked through the calendar inside your member section.
This ensures:
-
accurate scheduling
-
clean documentation
-
system continuity
-
no manual coordination
If it’s not on the calendar, it doesn’t exist.
Step 4: Lane Assignment
After your Trial Pack, you are placed into the correct lane:
-
Performance 1:1
-
Performance Pod
-
Combat Tactical
-
Project Bottle
-
She’s Snatched
-
Advanced / Custom (invite-only)
You do not choose your lane based on preference.
You are assigned based on readiness and needs.
Important Clarification
BOSX is not:
-
personal training
-
online coaching
-
lifestyle content
-
motivational fitness
It is a system for repeatable output.
If you want casual guidance, this will feel rigid.
If you want results without wasted time, this will feel precise.
