Membership & Billing Information BOSX offers recurring memberships, fixed-term coaching programs, and one-time session packages. Billing frequency, plan duration, included services, and renewal terms vary by plan and are displayed before purchase. Recurring Memberships: Plans designated as auto-renewing continue billing until canceled. Cancellation prevents renewal at the next billing period and does not automatically refund the current period. Fixed-Term Programs: Plans with an initial commitment remain subject to the payment obligations and terms accepted at enrollment. Cancellation or nonrenewal takes effect according to the specific plan agreement. One-Time Purchases: Single-purchase plans do not automatically renew and expire according to their stated validity period. All services are subject to scheduling availability, applicable cancellation policies, and the terms presented at checkout.
