BOSX Plans & Protocols — FAQ Section

Straightforward answers. Zero noise.

This FAQ explains the BOSX system, your starting point, and how we determine the right training path for your body.

What is Rule of 12 and why is it a New User Start?

Rule of 12 is our 6-week entry cycle designed for new clients. It includes 12 structured sessions to rebuild movement quality, baseline strength, and work capacity.

It’s labeled “New User Start” because every athlete enters the BOSX system the same way — by establishing structure before intensity. This phase allows us to assess mechanics, correct imbalances, and build the foundation required for higher-level programming.

No guesswork. No jumping ahead. Just controlled exposure to the system so progression is earned, not assumed.

2. How do I know which plan is right for me?

If you’re new to structured training or returning after time off, Rule of 12 is your entry point. It rebuilds your base and exposes you to the BOSX system safely and efficiently.

If you want full transformation with higher accountability and measurable change in a fixed time frame, the 8-Week Performance Reset is your move.

If you’re already consistent and want ongoing progression, strength metrics, and higher output, choose a Level plan based on session frequency and support level.

If you want precision, direct 1-on-1 coaching, and performance ceiling expansion, BOSX Exec is the top tier.

When in doubt — start at the entry point. Progression is earned here, not guessed.

3. What’s the difference between the plans?

The difference is depth, density, and accountability.

Rule of 12 is your structured entry phase. It builds movement quality, restores baseline strength, and introduces you to the BOSX system.

The 8-Week Performance Reset is a time-bound transformation block. Higher session frequency, 1-on-1 structure, and measurable performance targets.

Level 1 and Level 2 are ongoing progression models. They maintain consistency, improve strength metrics, and drive body recomposition over time.

BOSX Exec is premium 1-on-1 coaching. Advanced KPI tracking, load management, and precision programming for those who want maximum accountability and ceiling expansion.

Each plan increases in structure, attention, and performance demand. You move up when your output demands it — not before.

4. Is BOSX good for beginners?

BOSX is not built around intensity first. It’s built around alignment, control, and progression. Beginners start with Rule of 12, where we rebuild movement quality, establish baseline strength, and develop work capacity safely.

You won’t be thrown into advanced lifts or random workouts. Every progression is earned.

If you show up, follow the system, and stay consistent, BOSX will meet you exactly where you are — and move you forward without guesswork.

5. How soon will I see results?

Most clients feel improvement within 7–10 days, and see measurable changes in posture, movement, strength, or pain reduction within 3–4 weeks.

6. What makes BOSX different from a gym or personal trainer?

Instead of stacking random workouts, we assess alignment, restore mechanics, and then layer strength and conditioning on top of a stable base. The result is strength that carries over, conditioning that improves performance, and body composition changes that last.

There’s no guesswork, no recycled templates, and no burnout cycles.

Every phase has a purpose. Every progression is earned.

You don’t just sweat here — you build output that transfers beyond the gym.

7. What if I have old injuries?

Most clients who come to BOSX have previous injuries, tightness, or movement limitations.

The system is built to work around and rebuild through those limitations — not ignore them.

We begin with structural assessment and controlled progression. Movements are selected and modified based on your current capacity. We focus on restoring joint positioning, improving stability, and gradually reintroducing strength under control.

This is not a “push through pain” model.

If something doesn’t feel right, we adjust. The goal is long-term performance — not short-term ego lifts.

If you are under medical care, clearance may be required before beginning training.

8. Do you offer women-only training?

Yes. BOSX FemHealth is our performance-based training track designed specifically for women who want strength, structure, and real body composition change — not random classes.

FemHealth focuses on:

• Glute development and lower-body strength

• Core and pelvic control

• Hormone-supportive training structure

• Progressive overload without burnout

• Sustainable fat loss and muscle tone

It is not a bootcamp.

It is not a fad program.

It is not “light weights and sweat.”

Women train through the same structural principles as BOSX, with intelligent adjustments for physiology, recovery cycles, and goals.

The objective is simple: build a strong, athletic body that performs well and looks the part — without compromising joint health or long-term progression.

9. What are the training hours?

BOSX currently operates:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

A fourth public training day (Monday) will be opening soon.

All sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure structure, focus, and individualized attention. Availability may vary based on program level and current client load.

10. Do you accept drop-ins?

BOSX is a structured training system, not an open gym.

We do not offer casual drop-ins for single sessions.

New clients begin through Rule of 12 or the 8-Week Performance Reset to ensure proper assessment, alignment, and progression within the system.

This protects training quality, safety, and long-term results.

If you’re visiting from out of town or have prior structured training experience, you may contact us directly to discuss eligibility for a short-term training block.

11. What is your refund policy?

All program purchases are non-refundable.

Time-bound programs (such as Rule of 12 and the 8-Week Performance Reset) are fixed commitments and cannot be refunded once the program begins.

Monthly plans may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted before the billing date to avoid additional charges.

Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise specified.

We value commitment and structure. When you enroll, you are reserving dedicated time, programming, and coaching capacity.

12. Do you offer online coaching?

Yes.

BOSX offers structured online coaching delivered through the Bridge Athletic platform. Clients receive time-bound programming cycles or fully customized training plans based on their goals, schedule, and equipment access.

Online programs include structured progression, clear exercise demonstrations, and measurable benchmarks — just like our in-person system.

In addition, standalone BOSX training PDFs will be available for purchase through the store for those who want structured programs without ongoing coaching.

Whether in-person or online, the standard remains the same: structured progression, measurable output, and no guesswork.
