Choose Your Access Level
BOSX is not a collection of workouts.
It is a performance system with defined entry points.
Every plan below represents a level of access, not a different philosophy.
Your results depend on where you enter the system, not how hard you train.
Start where your current capacity fits.
Advance when the system requires it.
How to Start

The Trial Pack is the evaluation period that determines your correct lane. There are no consultations outside the system.

1. What is the BOSX Trial Pack and why is it required?
The BOSX Trial Pack is your 4-session entry assessment.
We analyze how your body moves across fascial lines, stress patterns, joint mechanics, and strength.
You can’t be placed into the right BOSX path without this evaluation.
It protects your results and makes the training precise.
2. How do I know which plan is right for me?
You don’t choose — the system does.
After your Trial Pack, you’re placed into:
✅ BOSX Tactical (group)
✅ BOSX Performance 1:1
✅ BOSX Athlete Intel Plan (athletes only)
Your training is based on objective movement data, not guesswork.
3. What’s the difference between Tactical and 1:1?
BOSX Tactical ($349)
Small group (up to 4), high coaching, structured strength + durability.
Best for: executives, women, general athletes, lifestyle high performers.
BOSX Performance 1:1 ($749)
Private biomechanical reconstruction.
Best for: pain cases, injuries, post-partum, advanced athletes, D1 prospects.
4. Is BOSX good for beginners?
Yes — beginners actually progress faster under BOSX because everything is structured and safe.
No high-impact randomness.
No unsafe loading.
Just clean, intelligent movement.
5. How soon will I see results?
Most clients feel improvement within 7–10 days, and see measurable changes in posture, movement, strength, or pain reduction within 3–4 weeks.
6. What makes BOSX different from a gym or personal trainer?
BOSX is a biomechanical system, not a workout style.
We train the fascial lines, not random muscle groups.
Programs aren’t improvised — they’re engineered.
This is closer to a medical or performance lab than a fitness studio.
7. What if I have old injuries?
BOSX is built for injury patterns.
Your Trial Pack will identify what’s compensating and what’s under-loaded, and then you’ll be placed into Tactical or 1:1 depending on severity.
8. Do you offer women-only training?
Yes — BOSX Tactical includes women-only times depending on the schedule.
But all BOSX programs are anatomically optimized for women’s movement patterns.
9. What are the training hours?
Hours are optimized for high-performance schedules.
You’ll see available times during your Trial Pack.
Group and 1:1 slots rotate based on demand.
10. Do you accept drop-ins?
No.
Every client must complete the BOSX Trial Pack.
This ensures safety, quality, and consistent results.
11. What is your refund policy?
BOSX operates like a performance clinic.
Programs are non-refundable once sessions begin.
This maintains fairness, scheduling integrity, and coaching quality.
12. Do you offer online coaching?
MAP (Myofascial Adaptive Programming) is available for digital clients.
All in-person clients must start with the Trial Pack.
