Welcome to Bowen’s Human Performance (“BHP”). By purchasing our services, visiting our facilities, or using our online tools, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

What We Do

Bowen’s Human Performance specializes in human performance optimization, strength training, mobility, and body recomposition services. We focus on individual and group training programs to help clients achieve their physical and performance goals.

What We Offer

We provide:

1. Training Services:

• Group classes (e.g., She’s Snatched, Tactical, Sunrise).

• Small group and private 1:1 training.

• Open gym access with house programming.

2. Specialized Services:

• Mobility and movement screenings.

• Nutritional guidance.

• Custom program consultations.

3. Programs Operate on Pass-Based Packages:

• Clients purchase passes for services rather than traditional memberships.

4. Filming and Marketing:

• Sessions may be recorded for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out by signing a media release form upon request.

Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods:

• All payments are processed through Square.

• Cash payments are not accepted.

2. Refund Policy:

• No refunds will be issued for purchased passes, packages, or services.

• Passes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Pass Validity:

• Passes and packages must be used within their designated timeframe. Expired passes cannot be refunded or extended.

4. Booking and Rescheduling:

• Clients must book services through our online platform (via Wix or Square).

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. House Fee:

New clients are required to pay a one-time house fee to gain access to our facility. This fee is non-refundable and separate from session passes.

Booking Policy

Booking Instructions and Policies (Applies to All Services)

 

Booking Your Service:

• After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your next steps.

• Clients enrolling in a 6-Week Training Track must book their sessions through the Bowen’s Human Performance booking portal using their pass.

• Private Appointment clients (Kitchen Guidance, Whiteboard Session, Mobility Assessment, Custom Programming, The ORDER) will be sent a private scheduling link to finalize their appointment time.

 

Booking Rules:

• Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.

• Session availability is first-come, first-served based on current schedule openings.

• It is the client’s responsibility to book and complete sessions within their program time window (e.g., 6 weeks for Track passes).

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

• Minimum 12-hour cancellation notice is required to rebook without penalty.

• No-shows or late cancellations (under 12 hours) will be counted as used sessions.

• Clients who habitually miss or cancel may have their booking privileges revoked without refund.

 

Expiration:

• Track passes expire 6 weeks (42 days) from activation date.

• Private Appointments must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

 

Client Responsibility:

• It is the client’s responsibility to monitor session expiration dates and book accordingly.

• Bowen’s Human Performance is not responsible for unbooked sessions due to client inactivity.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

1. Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule their booked session up to 24 hours before the session start time through the BHP website or app. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend a booked session will result in the pass being marked as used. No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

General Terms

1. Pass Usage:

Passes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or transferring passes to another person is strictly prohibited.

2. Facility Usage:

Clients may only use the facility during their booked session time. Loitering or unauthorized use of the facility outside of booked times is not allowed.

Medical Release Clause

By participating in any of our services, you affirm that you are in good physical health and able to engage in physical activity. You acknowledge the following:

1. Bowen’s Human Performance is not liable for injuries or adverse health effects incurred during participation in any session.

2. Clients are advised to consult their healthcare provider before starting any training program.

3. By purchasing services, clients agree to sign a Medical Release Form before participating in their first session.

Identity Clause

To ensure the security of our clients and staff:

1. Clients are required to provide accurate personal information when booking services.

2. Misrepresentation of identity may result in termination of services without refund.

Location of Services

All services are performed at our physical location:

Cornish Street, Houston, Texas

1. Clients must adhere to all facility rules and guidelines during their sessions.

2. Offsite training sessions are not offered unless explicitly stated.

Filming and Marketing Release

By attending sessions, clients consent to being filmed or photographed for marketing purposes. Clients who wish to opt out of media usage must notify BHP in writing before attending their first session.

 

Bowen’s Human Performance reserves the right to photograph or film sessions for marketing purposes.

1. Clients may request to opt out of any media use by completing a Media Opt-Out Form before their first session.

2. Media captured prior to an opt-out request remains the property of BHP.

Compliance with Texas State Law

Bowen’s Human Performance operates under the laws of the State of Texas.

1. Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by Texas law.

2. Clients agree to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Additional Disclosures

1. Services are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to produce specific results.

2. By using our services, clients agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any updates posted on our website.
