Bowens Human Performance- Payment & Booking Policy
Bowen’s Human Performance (BHP) provides structured training, recovery, and optimization services through a multi-platform model. All services are time-bound, pass-driven, and structured around physical training protocols, private performance services, and remote digital coaching. By purchasing any service or program, clients agree to the following terms.
⸻
1. Classes & Group Training Services (In-Person – Wix Bookings)
Group-based training programs, including She’s Snatched, Tactical Track, and Sunrise Strength, are booked through Wix Bookings. These classes operate on a pass-based system, where clients can purchase:
• Per-class drop-ins
• 6-week protocol passes
• 12-week protocol passes
• Monthly class access (limited offerings only)
All class bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to capacity limits. It is the client’s responsibility to use their class passes within the designated time window. Missed sessions, failure to book, or inactivity will not result in a refund or credit.
⸻
2. Private Appointments & Consultations (HoneyBook)
BHP offers performance consultations and custom service tracks such as:
• Private mobility screenings
• Whiteboard consultations
• Nutrition and lifestyle planning (Kitchen Guidance)
• Tactical, MMA, and Combine Prep appointments
• The ORDER (Private High-Level Coaching)
All private appointment services are delivered through HoneyBook. After selecting a service via the proposal, clients will receive an invoice and scheduling link. Payment is required in full before scheduling is confirmed.
All appointment services must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing. These services are non-refundable once the proposal is accepted and payment is processed.
⸻
3. Remote Training Services (Bridge Athletic)
Clients enrolled in BOSX remote coaching or combine prep receive programming via Bridge Athletic, a third-party training delivery platform. Remote programs are structured as:
• Monthly coaching access
• Athlete-specific training cycles
• Combine prep and diagnostic progression programs
Upon enrollment and payment, clients are sent a Bridge Athletic login and granted access to their program through the mobile app. Each program includes a training timeline, progression schedule, and built-in messaging for coach-athlete communication.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their monthly access to continue receiving updated programming. All Bridge-based services are considered digital performance coaching and are non-refundable once program access has been granted.
⸻
4. Program Timelines & Session Expiration
All services at BHP are governed by a defined time window to ensure performance progression and logistical efficiency:
• Per-class drop-ins are single-use only
• 6-week protocols must be completed within 42 days of activation
• 12-week protocols must be completed within 84 days of activation
• Private appointments must be booked within 30 days of purchase
• Remote programs are structured as 30-day coaching access cycles
These timelines are strictly enforced. Passes, appointments, or remote access that are unused or unbooked within the stated period will expire. BHP is not responsible for session loss due to client inactivity or scheduling oversight.
⸻
5. Facility Access Fees (Mo City & Misfit Strength)
Bowen’s Human Performance operates across two partner facilities. Use of each location requires a one-time activation fee:
• Mo City Performance Facility: $99 one-time fee
• Includes access to cryotherapy, 360 body composition scanner, and the recovery suite.
• Misfit Strength Facility: $25 one-time house fee
• Grants facility access for all in-person services conducted at Misfit.
These fees are collected prior to facility access and are non-refundable, separate from session or program fees.
⸻
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All training services, programs, and appointments—whether in-person or digital—are considered final sale and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the limited capacity, scheduled nature, and physical delivery of the services. Custom programming, private coaching, and digital program access are also non-refundable once confirmed or delivered.
Cancellations of booked sessions must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid loss of credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of that session. Clients with repeated no-shows or policy violations may lose booking privileges without refund.
This refund policy is compliant with Texas Business & Commerce Code §17.46, which allows businesses offering physical performance services to enforce clear refund restrictions when service usage is time-bound and capacity-based—both of which apply to BHP.
⸻
7. Merchandise & Physical Product Returns
Merchandise purchased through Bowen’s Human Performance (e.g., branded apparel, training tools) is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
• The original proof of purchase is presented
• The return request is made in writing to support@bowenshumanperformance.com
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the item has been inspected and approved. Custom or pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
At Bowen’s Human Performance (BHP), scheduling integrity is a core component of our operating system. Our services are structured around timed-access models to support athlete accountability, optimize facility usage, and protect the value of our trainers’ time. As such, all clients are required to adhere to the following rescheduling and cancellation guidelines:
⸻
1. Session Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule booked sessions through the appropriate platform:
• Group Classes: Via Wix Bookings
• Private Appointments: Via HoneyBook
• Bridge Athletic (Remote): Directly through in-app messaging or email to your assigned coach
To avoid penalty, all rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Rescheduling is subject to trainer and facility availability.
If your preferred reschedule time is unavailable, you may need to choose an alternate time or day within your existing program timeframe.
⸻
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session time are considered late cancellations. Missed sessions without notice are classified as no-shows.
In either case:
• The session will be counted as used and deducted from the client’s active pass
• No refund, extension, or credit will be issued
• Clients who accumulate two or more no-shows within one program cycle may have their booking privileges restricted or suspended without refund
This policy ensures fairness to other clients, maintains scheduling efficiency, and upholds the integrity of our trainer calendars and facility space.
⸻
3. Inactivity & Unbooked Sessions
All passes and appointment services are delivered on a time-based structure. Clients are expected to book and use their sessions within the active window of their pass or program:
• 6-Week Passes: Must be fully used within 42 days
• 12-Week Passes: Must be used within 84 days
• Private Appointments: Must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase
• Bridge Coaching: Monthly access expires after 30 days unless renewed
Failure to book or attend sessions within these windows will result in session expiration. BHP is not responsible for expired or unused sessions due to client inactivity, travel, or schedule conflicts.
⸻
4. Exceptions & Discretionary Review
Exceptions to this policy (due to medical emergencies, documented injury, or travel) may be submitted in writing to support@bowenshumanperformance.com for discretionary review. Documentation may be required. Approvals are granted at the discretion of the head coach or administrative team and may result in limited session extensions or alternative scheduling accommodations.
⸻
5. Custom Programming & Online Access
For remote clients using Bridge Athletic, programs are delivered with rolling 30-day access. No cancellations, refunds, or extensions will be issued once a program has been activated. Clients who miss scheduled in-app coaching check-ins or do not complete assigned sessions will not be credited additional time or modifications unless agreed upon in writing.
General Terms of Use
By enrolling in any program, purchasing any service, or participating in any activity at Bowen’s Human Performance (BHP), you agree to the following general terms and conditions. These terms apply to all service tiers—whether delivered in person, digitally, or remotely—and are in place to ensure mutual respect, clarity, and operational consistency.
⸻
1. Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to engage
• Communicate respectfully with staff and other members
• Actively manage their booking windows and usage timelines
• Follow trainer direction and adhere to safety protocols
• Provide accurate health history and update BHP of any injuries or limitations
Failure to meet these expectations may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
⸻
2. Health & Physical Readiness
All clients agree that they are physically capable of participating in the selected training program. BHP strongly recommends that each client receive medical clearance prior to engaging in any new physical activity—especially if they have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury.
By enrolling, clients affirm that they are voluntarily assuming all risk and responsibility associated with physical training.
⸻
3. Waiver of Liability
BHP coaches are highly qualified and follow structured safety protocols. However, physical training carries inherent risk. By participating in BHP services, clients waive and release Bowen’s Human Performance, its coaches, staff, and facility partners from any and all liability related to injury, illness, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation.
This waiver includes risks related to facility equipment, outdoor training conditions, contact-based training, and third-party performance tools (e.g., Bridge Athletic, Mo City cryotherapy).
⸻
4. Behavioral Conduct
Clients must respect the energy and environment cultivated at BHP. Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical, or digital) toward staff, coaches, or other clients will not be tolerated.
Any violation of behavioral policy may result in immediate removal from services without refund and potential permanent ban from future programming.
⸻
5. Non-Transferability of Services
All passes, appointments, and programs are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or reassigned to another person under any circumstance. Each pass or program is tied to the specific individual who purchased it.
Unauthorized sharing or access will result in account termination without refund.
⸻
6. Changes to Terms
Bowen’s Human Performance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and/or sent via email. Continued use of services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Medical Release & Assumption of Risk
Participation in any Bowen’s Human Performance (BHP) training session, program, or consultation implies informed consent and the assumption of physical risk. The following sections define our policy on health disclosures, medical readiness, and waiver of liability. By enrolling in any BHP service, the client agrees to all terms stated below.
⸻
1. Acknowledgment of Physical Risk
I understand that participation in physical training, athletic development, strength and conditioning, and mobility practices involves inherent risks. These may include—but are not limited to—muscle soreness, strain, joint stress, falls, cardiovascular stress, dehydration, injury, illness, or aggravation of a pre-existing condition.
I acknowledge that even with professional guidance, proper supervision, and a safe training environment, the risk of physical harm cannot be entirely eliminated.
⸻
2. Medical Clearance & Pre-Existing Conditions
I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in the services provided by Bowen’s Human Performance. I have either received clearance from a licensed physician or accept full responsibility for choosing to participate without such clearance.
I agree to disclose any known health issues, physical limitations, medications, past surgeries, or injuries that may affect my ability to train safely. I understand that withholding this information could increase my risk and limit the program’s effectiveness.
If my health status changes during the course of my program, I will immediately inform my coach or contact BHP at support@bowenshumanperformance.com.
⸻
3. Assumption of Full Responsibility
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury or health complication that may arise as a result of my participation in BHP services. This includes in-person training, digital coaching, Bridge Athletic programming, or any recovery services used at partner facilities.
I acknowledge that I am choosing to engage in physical activity at my own risk, and I release Bowen’s Human Performance, its coaches, affiliates, facility partners, and third-party service providers from any liability for injuries or incidents that occur during or following my participation.
⸻
4. Emergency Medical Action
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Bowen’s Human Performance staff or their designee to secure appropriate emergency medical care on my behalf. I understand that any costs related to ambulance transport, emergency care, or post-care treatment are my sole responsibility.
I agree to keep an updated emergency contact on file and understand that BHP is not responsible for delays in care due to inaccurate or missing emergency information.
⸻
5. Media Use & Observation Risks
I understand that some BHP training sessions may be recorded, photographed, or observed for educational and promotional purposes. I am aware that I may be visible in such content unless I submit a formal media opt-out request in writing.
I also understand that training may occur in shared or public environments (e.g., Mo City, Misfit Strength, outdoor locations), and I accept the risk of incidental exposure to other participants, environmental elements, or non-BHP observers.
⸻
By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any service or activity provided by Bowen’s Human Performance, I affirm that I have read and understood the above Medical Release and Assumption of Risk. I accept these terms freely and voluntarily and agree to abide by them throughout the duration of my engagement with BHP.
Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement
By enrolling in and participating in any service provided by Bowen’s Human Performance (BHP), the client agrees to the following terms of indemnification. These provisions are designed to protect BHP, its affiliates, contractors, and facility partners from liability or legal claims associated with client conduct, health outcomes, and third-party exposure.
⸻
1. General Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bowen’s Human Performance, its owners, staff, affiliated coaches, independent contractors, facility partners (including but not limited to Mo City and Misfit Strength), and third-party service providers (e.g., Bridge Athletic, HoneyBook, Wix) from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
• My participation in any training program or service offered by BHP
• My presence on or use of any BHP-affiliated facility or property
• Any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions (known or unknown) that may occur before, during, or after service participation
• Any breach of this agreement or failure to follow BHP’s stated policies
⸻
2. Third-Party Liability Protection
I understand that some services offered by BHP are hosted or processed through third-party platforms (including HoneyBook, Bridge Athletic, Square, and Wix). I agree to hold BHP harmless from any data breach, scheduling conflict, platform outage, or dispute that originates from those platforms.
If I choose to engage with or provide personal information to these third-party systems, I do so at my own discretion and understand that BHP is not liable for their performance, privacy practices, or policies.
⸻
3. Personal Conduct & Damages
I accept full financial and legal responsibility for any harm, injury, or damage I may cause to other clients, staff, property, or equipment while participating in services hosted by BHP or within its partner facilities. This includes:
• Misuse of equipment
• Failure to follow coach instructions
• Damaging facility property
• Engaging in any form of reckless, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct
I understand that I may be financially responsible for repairs, replacements, or penalties resulting from such actions.
⸻
4. Survival of Indemnity Obligations
This indemnity agreement shall survive the completion or termination of any service, pass, or program. The obligations contained in this clause are continuous and binding beyond the duration of my active participation in BHP services.
I understand that if any portion of this indemnity clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
⸻
By completing any purchase or participating in any BHP service, I acknowledge and agree to this indemnity clause in its entirety. I affirm that I am voluntarily assuming the responsibilities outlined above and understand the legal implications of this agreement.

The following provisions ensure transparency, legal integrity, and secure financial transactions for all services rendered.
⸻
1. Texas Business Compliance (Title 2, Chapter 17 – Deceptive Trade Practices Act)
BHP operates in accordance with the Texas Business and Commerce Code §17.46, which protects consumers from deceptive practices while allowing service-based businesses to clearly define their terms of use. Under this law, BHP may:
• Offer non-refundable, time-bound service agreements, provided those terms are disclosed in writing prior to purchase
• Enforce strict cancellation and expiration policies for physical training services and private coaching
• Deny refunds on the basis of service capacity, scheduling restrictions, and client inactivity—as long as those limitations are clearly posted
All BHP program timelines, refund rules, and access limitations are published on our official website and sent in writing through booking platforms. These terms are acknowledged by the client at the time of purchase.
⸻
2. Wix Payments & Third-Party Processor Compliance

• A clearly published refund policy
• A Terms & Conditions page available to all clients
• Transparent contact information including business email and phone
• Defined timelines for service delivery, expiration, and booking
Wix Payments and its banking partners (e.g., Stripe or Adyen) require these policies to reduce the risk of chargebacks and protect customer and business interests. BHP is in full compliance with these requirements and regularly reviews its documentation for alignment.
⸻
3. Digital Records & Dispute Protection
To comply with both Texas business laws and Wix Payments processor requirements, BHP maintains detailed internal documentation of:
• Client purchases and payment timestamps
• Session usage logs, attendance, and expiration records
• All digital communication (automated emails, confirmations, and rescheduling notices)
These records protect BHP from false claims, chargeback fraud, or service misrepresentation. Clients are encouraged to retain their emailed receipts and booking confirmations for reference. In any dispute, these records will serve as the final source of truth and legal defense.
