This is not a workout plan.
Used by Olympians. Tactical Units. Championship Programs.
This is the Superficial Back Line (SBL) Protocol — Phase 1 of the BOSX MAP- SBL [Strength Baseline Lab]
It’s the exact training logic that rebuilt elite athletes across 15+ sports, including football, track, volleyball, swimming, and combat sport operators.
Bullet Proof:
-
Built by M.C. Bowens, Performance Architect
-
Proven across NCAA, NFL, and high-tier tactical units
-
Myofascial-driven. Not bro science.
-
Every rep is system-coded. Every week tracks adaptation.

What Is MAP?
MAP stands for Myofascial Adaptive Programming —
a BOSX-engineered training system built on the body’s natural energy and tension lines (myofascial meridians).
It’s not just a workout. It’s a structural operating system for strength, movement, and power under real-world conditions.
MAP is designed to:
-
Recalibrate postural integrity
-
Restore biomechanical precision
-
Build foundational strength across fascia-driven movement chains
-
Eliminate wasted motion and “fluff” from your training
This isn’t chest day or back day. This is intelligent, system-based engineering of your entire athletic function.

What Is the Superficial Back Line?
The SBL connects your heels to your skull via fascia. It governs acceleration, extension, and structural integrity under load.
When aligned — strength becomes electricity.
This protocol trains the SBL the way the human body was designed to operate.

BOSX MAP- SBL FAQ
What You’re Really Getting
This is not just a program. It’s a system
Which version is right for me — PDF, Excel, or Bridge?
Great question. All three versions use the same BOSX protocol — built around the Superficial Back Line (SBL) and rooted in MAP (Myofascial Adaptive Programming). Here’s how they differ:
PDF: Clean, downloadable view of the lift card. Best for coaches and athletes who understand how to read structured programs and just want to print or reference it.
Excel: Read-only digital lift card. Ideal for athletes who want a structured visual map of the protocol. (Editable versions coming soon.)
Bridge: The full experience. All your lifts are pre-loaded into an adaptive app with built-in tracking, weekly updates, and progression baked in. This is best for those who want plug-and-play execution without needing to interpret lift cards manually.
Bottom line:
If you know how to read a lift card and want control, grab the PDF or Excel.
If you want the smart version that tracks and progresses for you, choose Bridge.
01
Is this just a workout program?
No. This is the same system used by collegiate, professional, and tactical athletes — designed to engineer performance through movement science, not trends.
02
What’s included in the PDF vs the Excel?
-
Right now, the Excel file is delivered in a protected, read-only format to preserve the integrity of the programming. Over time, select Excel files will become available as editable downloads — especially for athletes and coaches who prefer to plug in their own metrics and data manually. For now, if you want an adaptive version that automatically tracks and progresses your lifts, the Bridge version is your best bet.
