Service Description

6 weeks. 12 sessions. Built for people who don’t know where to start — but know they need to start. This is your entry into the BOSX system. You’ll: • Learn how to lift correctly • Build baseline strength • Improve work capacity • Establish movement standards No long-term commitment. No random workouts. Just enough structure to feel the difference. Rule of 12 isn’t a trial. It’s your first layer of adaptation. You don’t get restricted. You get introduced. And once your body feels the shift, you’ll know what level to move into next.
