Service Description

Rebuild is BOSX’s aesthetic-focused entry class for adults who want to get back in shape with structure. Built as a coached small-group lane, Rebuild is for people who want to improve body composition, clean up movement, and rebuild consistency without jumping into random workouts or advanced performance training too early. This class gives you a real starting point. You train with purpose, follow a clear structure, and build momentum through a sustainable 2x/week format. The focus is on moving better, looking better, and getting your training rhythm back. Rebuild is ideal for adults who: • want a more aesthetic-focused training path • need accountability and coaching • are returning after time off, inconsistency, or loss of momentum • want a lower-friction way to re-enter structured training The goal is progress. Rebuild helps you restore structure, improve how your body looks and feels, and create a base you can build on over time.
