BOSX Facts & Questions
At BOSX, we believe clarity leads to power. This page answers the most common questions about how our system works, who it’s for, and how to get started. Whether you’re an athlete, executive, or just ready to reset your body, this will help you make your next move with confidence.
1. What is BOSX and how is it different from personal training?
BOSX is not traditional personal training. It’s a systems-based performance method engineered to fix compensations, restore joint control, and build usable strength—fast. Whether you’re an athlete, executive, or weekend warrior, the approach is tailored to how the human body was designed to move.
2. What is the Trial Pack and who is it for?
The Trial Pack includes 7 full sessions for $249 and is the best entry point into the BOSX system. It’s for new clients ready to get serious about their body, strength, and results—before choosing a full program.
3. Do I need to be an athlete to join BOSX?
No. BOSX works for all high performers—executives, creatives, military, and everyday people ready to train with purpose. We have specific tracks for tactical performance, lifestyle realignment, and athletic mastery.
4. What should I expect in a session?
Expect a full diagnostic approach. We test movement, breathing, posture, and performance in each session. You’ll be guided through mobility, strength, and cardio conditioning that builds the body from the inside out. Every drill has a purpose.
5. Is nutrition or recovery included?
Yes. Most programs include basic Clean Burn nutrition protocols and structured recovery strategies. For deeper 1:1 support, we offer BOSX Performance 1:1 or advanced Clean Burn Reset packages.
6. What's included in a pass?
-
In-person sessions (solo or semi-private)
-
Your own BOSX plan + movement prescription
-
Coach feedback and system upgrades
-
Clean Burn guidance (if applicable)
7. What kind of results can I expect?
Depending on the track, you’ll see:
-
Weeks 1–2: mobility, inflammation drop
-
Weeks 2–4: visible fat loss, better posture
-
Weeks 4–6+: strength, symmetry, speed, readiness
8. Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at our BOSX Lab training facility. Location and schedule details are available on our schedule page. Virtual options are available for certain programs.
9. What is Clean Burn?
Clean Burn is our internal fat-loss and inflammation protocol. It includes:
-
Clean carb timing
-
Salt & hydration stacking

Metabolic reset foods
-
BOSX-style meal design
This is how we get our clients lean without starving.
10. Is Clean Burn a diet?

You’ll eat real food. No counting macros. No starvation.
11. How do I book a session?
After your assessment, you’ll receive:
-
A booking calendar
