The Trial Pack helps us decide:

•What pod or program you belong in

•How you respond to BOSX cueing

•What your body is currently capable of

•Whether you need corrective work before training volume increases

If accepted, you’ll be cleared to schedule the BOSX Performance Diagnostic ($200) to map your exact structural profile.
