BOSX Performance [ASP] Diagnostic

The BOSX Performance Diagnostic (ASP) is the foundation of the entire BOSX system. This 60-minute assessment evaluates how your body moves, loads, and stabilizes under pressure. Using a sequence of posture screens, mobility tests, alignment checks, and controlled movement tasks, we identify the structural patterns that affect your performance, aesthetics, and long-term joint health.
The diagnostic is not a workout. It is a deep analysis of how your body organizes force. We assess pelvic mechanics, ribcage position, myofascial tension patterns, breathing efficiency, hip stability, spinal sequencing, and muscular imbalances. These findings determine your personal BOSX training lane—ensuring you enter the correct program with the correct level of progression.
The Performance Diagnostic provides clarity on:
Why certain lifts feel limited or painful
Why speed, explosiveness, or endurance may be inconsistent
Why posture, core stability, or alignment break down under fatigue
How your movement patterns impact aesthetics and body composition
At the end of your session, you receive your BOSX Movement Profile, which outlines your strengths, weaknesses, and the training block that will produce the fastest measurable results.
Completion of the ASP is required before enrolling in the Performance Pod, Project Bottle, Combat, Performance 1:1, or any seasonal BOSX program. This ensures you train safely, efficiently, and with a personalized plan built around your actual mechanics—not guesswork.
The Diagnostic is your first step into the BOSX system.
