Foundations Access is for people ready to commit
How It Works
Foundations Access is a structured small-group strength and conditioning tier inside the BOSX system.
You train 2–3 times per week in a capped group setting. Each session follows a programmed progression focused on fundamental strength patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry.
The goal is not intensity for its own sake. The goal is consistency, technical quality, and measurable strength gains.
Training runs in 6-week cycles. At the end of each cycle, performance is evaluated and progression is determined.
You either repeat to solidify your base or advance into Protocol Base.

Clients with a specific performance constraint, pain pattern, or goal that requires focused intervention.
How It Works
You enter a fixed-length protocol designed to address one primary constraint. Training frequency and structure are predetermined. Progress is measured at the end of the block before reassignment.

Operators, executives, and athletes requiring full system control, discretion, and individualized decision-making.
How It Works
You receive private coaching with full oversight of training load, recovery, and progression. Programming adapts based on performance data, readiness, and constraints. Capacity is limited.
