WHAT BHP ACTUALLY DOES

Bowens Human Performance operates a structured training system designed to place people correctly and move them forward without guesswork.

 

Every client begins with assessment. From there, individuals are placed into the appropriate plan or protocol based on readiness, goals, and training history. Training is then delivered through clearly defined pathways rather than one-off sessions or constantly changing programs.

 

BHP provides:

 

  • diagnostic onboarding to establish baseline movement and capacity

  • structured performance plans for long-term consistency

  • time-bound protocols for specific outcomes

  • coaching environments that prioritize progression, safety, and adherence

 

The goal is not novelty. The goal is repeatable progress.

 

Clients do not need to decide what to do each week. The system determines sequencing, load exposure, and progression so training remains consistent and sustainable over time.

 

BHP exists to remove confusion from training and replace it with structure.

• Tue/Thu 7:00 PM coached class

Foundation Access

How It Works

You train in semi-private sessions using BOSX foundational sequencing. Sessions follow structured programming designed to build capacity, clean movement patterns, and eliminate randomness. This tier establishes the system.

Best For

Individuals who want structure, consistency, and measurable progress without private coaching.

Protocol Access

How It Works

You enter a fixed-length protocol designed to address one primary constraint. Training frequency and structure are predetermined. Progress is measured at the end of the block before reassignment.

Best For

Clients with a specific performance constraint, pain pattern, or goal that requires focused intervention.

Coaching Access

• BOSX EXEC
• Performance 1:1
• Athlete 0 (when applicable)

How It Works

You receive private coaching with full oversight of training load, recovery, and progression. Programming adapts based on performance data, readiness, and constraints. Capacity is limited.

Best For

Operators, executives, and athletes requiring full system control, discretion, and individualized decision-making.
