Sessions are run in a private, controlled training environment in Houston, TX.

Foundations Summer Build

For people who need to rebuild movement, strength, mobility, and consistency before jumping into higher-intensity training.

This summer block runs June 1 – August 15 and is built for clients who need structure before intensity.

What you get:

1–2x/week structured training, movement rebuild, mobility development, basic strength, balance, body control, consistency, and training confidence.

Schedule: 1–2x/week training.

Capacity: 6 clients only.

Monthly: 3 payments of $399.

Paid In Full: $997.

Deposit: $300 reserves your spot and applies toward the first payment.

For adults, former athletes, and high performers who need strength, conditioning, mobility, and structure without guessing.

This summer block runs June 1 – August 15 and is built for people who are tired of random workouts and need a clear training process.

What you get:

2x/week small-group training, strength development, conditioning, mobility, body control, coaching corrections, weekly structure, and accountability.

Schedule: 2x/week small-group training.

Capacity: 4 clients only.

Monthly: 3 payments of $579.

Paid In Full: $1,497.

Deposit: $500 reserves your spot and applies toward the first payment.

EAP Summer Block

Elite Athlete Performance

For serious  high school athletes preparing for camp, competition, and next-level performance.

This summer block runs June 1 – August 15 and is built for athletes who need structure, speed, strength, mobility, body control, and camp readiness without random workouts.

What you get:

2x/week structured athlete training, speed and acceleration work, strength development, mobility and body control, conditioning, small-group coaching, and a clear summer progression.

Schedule: Tuesday + Thursday training. Saturday field/stair work available.

Capacity: 4–6 athletes only.

Monthly: 3 payments of $579.

Paid In Full: $1,497.

Deposit: $500 reserves your spot and applies toward the first payment.
