Booking Terms

BOSX Booking Policy Bowen’s Human Performance (BHP) provides structured, appointment-based coaching. The following policies apply to all bookings and purchases. Booking & Scheduling * Sessions are subject to availability and may be booked up to 10 minutes before the start time. * Payment or an eligible active membership is required to confirm a booking. * Clients may book only services included in their purchased plan. Diagnostics & Single Sessions * The $25 Performance Diagnostic is a one-time assessment, not a membership. * Diagnostic fees may be credited toward BOSX Start upon enrollment. * One-time appointments do not qualify for session rollover. Cancellations & No-Shows * Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. * Changes within 24 hours may result in forfeiture. * No-shows are forfeited. * Emergency exceptions are at BHP’s discretion. Memberships & Session Protection™ * Memberships follow their purchased training cycle, frequency, and terms. * Unused sessions expire unless the purchased plan includes Session Protection™. * Eligible rollover sessions follow the plan’s stated limits and expiration rules. * Sessions and memberships are non-transferable. Payments & Refunds Purchases are final except where required by law or the service agreement. Refunds are generally not issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, unused services, or voluntary cancellation. Membership cancellation and future billing follow the terms accepted at enrollment. Service Adjustments BHP may reasonably adjust coaches, schedules, and session formats. If BHP cannot deliver a purchased service, an appropriate rescheduling option, credit, or refund will be provided.
