Service Description
Once you understand what’s limiting your performance, the next step is correcting it with structure. The 2-Week Performance Build is a focused, 4-session block designed to take what was identified in your diagnostic and begin actively rebuilding your system. This isn’t general training. Each session is intentional and based on: Your specific limitations Your current level of readiness How your body actually responds to load and movement We establish the foundation first—then build from it. Over these two weeks, we begin: Correcting inefficient movement patterns Reorganizing how your body produces force Introducing structured progression based on real feedback The goal isn’t just to “feel better” temporarily. The goal is to: 👉 create a system your body can actually build from You’ll start to feel the difference in how you move, how you stabilize, and how your effort translates into output. This phase is where most people realize: they weren’t lacking effort—they were lacking direction. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start building with intent, this is the next step.

Protocol Terms
BOSX Booking & Attendance Policy To provide the highest level of coaching and scheduling consistency, all BOSX services operate under the following guidelines. Booking Requirements * Sessions must be booked at least 36 hours in advance. * A valid payment method is required to reserve any session. * Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered client. * Plans and sessions expire according to their stated training cycle unless otherwise specified in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session incur no fee. * Cancellations made between 24 and 8 hours before a session may incur a $10 late cancellation fee. * Cancellations made within 8 hours of a session, or failure to attend, may result in a $25 fee and forfeiture of the session. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to participate and the session may be recorded as missed. Schedule Management * Clients may reschedule through the booking portal, subject to availability. * Rebooking is not guaranteed and depends on open session availability. * Clients are responsible for managing their own appointments and maintaining an active payment method on file. * Waitlists may be available for high-demand sessions. Plans & Memberships * Training plans follow fixed training cycles. * Unused sessions do not roll over unless specifically stated in writing. * Plans cannot be paused, extended, transferred, or shared. * All sales are final. * No refunds are provided for unused sessions, missed appointments, late cancellations, or voluntary early termination of a plan. BOSX Operations * BOSX reserves the right to adjust coaches, schedules, session formats, and training times when necessary. * Enrollment in a plan does not guarantee placement in a specific session unless that session has been reserved in advance. * All clients are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow facility guidelines at all times. Virtual Training Virtual services follow the same scheduling, cancellation, expiration, and refund policies as in-person training. Agreement By booking a session, purchasing a plan, or participating in BOSX services, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above. Questions?
